As a Mobile Developer in our company, you can work on projects from many industries such as e-commerce, financial, tourism, and telecom
You can work as IOS or Android Developer. Daily, you will use different tools depending on the technology you specialize in. Our IOS developers use among others Swift, Objective-C, X-code, Swift-UI.
Android Developers use, among others Java 8+, Kotlin, or Android Studio.
You will be responsible for the application development.
We run projects in an Agile way. Besides work, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge on Edge1Stalks or conduct recruitment interviews.
There are also many opportunities to integrate with your team – Fridays Beers or Thursday breakfasts, project integration parties. We are not a Corp; therefore, every employee’s voice is important for us.

Individual employee development program. With the support of his/her superior, the employee decides in which direction he/she wants to develop and in what way he/she will achieve this. As part of the PDP, employees have the opportunity to take advantage of, among other things, training, certification, conferences and professional literature.

Short technical training sessions conducted by Edge1S specialists in various fields. They give you the opportunity to both expand your knowledge and try your hand as a speaker.

We work on a hybrid system. You decide when you see each other in the office and when you work from home.
1. Interview with talent aquisition coordinator,
who will introduce the company, the benefits of cooperation as well as potential projects. In this step we want to get to know you as well as possible, so we will ask you a few questions about your experience, motivation and preferences.
2. Technical check
An interview with a technical recruiter who will verify your knowledge and skills. Technical interviews are conducted by experienced specialists who work on our projects every day.
3. Project interview
At this stage we check your fit with the team and for specific project requirements. Soft skills will also be assessed.
